What Fernando Tatis Jr.’s Divisive Action at Wrigley Field Means for His Unwavering Resilience

What took place at Wrigley Field and what were the fans’ reactions?

You’re aware of the proverb. Dance as if no one is berating you for using performance-enhancing drugs.

After serving his PED suspension, Fernando Tatis Jr. probably won’t have many kind fans cheering for him out in right field during the early 2023 road games here. The Wrigley Field right field stands weren’t going to be, you just *knew* it.

Of course, this does not imply that they were unkind or unfair. The fans will let you know if you use PED’s and get suspended. That is simply the case. Ryan Braun was subjected to it for perhaps ten years, and he deserved every single scream. Fans of the Cubs are professionals outside.

As a result, the heckling of Tatis by the crowd in right field to the tune of the chant “he’s on steroids” was audible on the opposing broadcast. Good work.

But I must also congratulate Tatis. If you’re already in that circumstance—which you shouldn’t be, but if you are—you might as well enjoy yourself. Tatis genuinely danced as the crowd sang these words last night.

There’s little else you can do, though I will mention that there’s a chance that Tatis was allowing it get to him even by somewhat acknowledging the chorus. I’ll tell myself that, at least.

Also, I won’t be answering any more queries regarding Wrigley Field’s right field bleachers yelling “steroids” at a right fielder. Nothing in the past. Absolutely none. Nothing to talk about.

What do you think?
