According to World Rugby, it is aware of what is happening at the Fiji Rugby Union.
All of this occurred as the annual general meeting of the Fiji Rugby Union, planned for last Saturday, was postponed.
A World Rugby spokeswoman said the organization that oversees the sport is aware of the most recent developments in response to inquiries from FBC News.
The Fiji Rugby Union and other stakeholders are being consulted by World Rugby to see how it can be of most help.
According to reports, FBC News has no reason to believe that the Flying Fijian will miss the World Cup, which will take place in France later this year.
When he met with the Fiji Rugby Union last week, Attorney General Siromi Turaga claimed last Friday that he had used his authority under Section 13B of the Charitable Trusts Act of 1945.
Following the meeting with the attorney general and the board of directors for the Fiji Rugby Union, those present unanimously agreed to resign voluntarily, while the directors who were not present will do so by flying minutes.
Turaga has stated that for a number of reasons, he told the Fiji Rugby Union that it could not operate as a charitable trust.

There have also been complaints about how the Fijiana rugby team has been treated, including the women being housed in subpar accommodations and the fans being forced to provide meals.
This has been going on since the previous year.
