The Japan Festival 2023 was open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on July 7 and 8, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on July 9. Adult tickets cost R$22, while those for children under 12 and pensioners over 60 cost R$12 each. You could buy them online or at the door.

The Sao Paulo Expo Exhibition and Convention Center was located at Rodovia dos Imigrantes km 1.5. You could get there by car or by public transportation. There were free shuttle buses from the Jabaquara subway station to the venue.

The Tanabata Matsuri was open at Liberdade Square on July 15 and 16 from 10:30 am to 6 pm. The entrance was free.
